The Infant Optics DXR-8 PRO is our most advanced video baby monitor yet, offering digital security without internet connectivity to provide an added layer of protection against potential hacker access. Operating on a 2nd-generation FHSS frequency in a closed-loop system that does not utilize your home WiFi, only you can see and hear your baby. The monitor features cutting-edge technologies such as Active Noise Reduction (ANR), a high-definition display, and interchangeable lenses.

The ANR function can be toggled on or off to filter out background noises like fans, air conditioners, humidifiers, and air purifiers, commonly heard as 'static noise' on baby monitors. The 5" ultra-clear LCD display offers 720P resolution with enhanced night vision, delivering exceptional video clarity. The three-step digital zoom, operated with the included optical zoom lens, allows you to zoom in on your baby's sleep without causing pixelation or blurring.

All functions are controlled through a next-generation user interface, with dedicated volume and brightness controls on the top of the monitor unit. The brightness of the LED lights can be dimmed to avoid shining the room bright at night. Standard features such as two-way talk back, sleep mode, and night vision are included, and the monitor wakes instantly from sleep mode with a press of any button.

The DXR-8 PRO can be paired with a portable battery pack (sold separately) for up to 24 hours of battery life. It comes with a manufacturer's 1-year warranty, extendable to 2 years for free upon registration. Note that the predecessor model DXR-8 camera units are not compatible with the DXR-8 PRO.
